By the way: 

The flaking of olive oil does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the quality of the oil. Rather, this is a natural process at temperatures below 8 °C and completely dissolves again at room temperature.

After the harvest is before the harvest! From October, our farmers will again harvest 100% handpicked, young premium olives for your order - before your freshly harvested olive oil will be sent directly to your home at the end of November/beginning of December. Of course we will notify you  by email as soon as your olive oil is on its way to you. 

Due to a change in the packaging regulation we are currently unable to accept any orders from Austria. Please contact us for an individual solution.
