It’s a shame that you wish to cancel your order. Please note: our olive oils are bottled only after the harvest and then dispatched; these are therefore seasonal pre-orders with a later delivery date. Cancellation is only possible if a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your order in this specific case.
Where a right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you post the goods before the deadline expires. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any loss in value if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary for the purpose of inspecting their nature, characteristics and functionality. In the case of foodstuffs, this may be particularly relevant if the goods are no longer returned in their original, saleable condition.
Note on foodstuffs and opened goods
In the case of food packaging that has been opened or is no longer in its original sealed condition, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in individual cases, or a loss of value may occur. The relevant factors are the statutory requirements and the condition of the goods in each individual case.
