Autumn is increasingly arriving in Tuscany. Although the days are still over 20°C, it is already cooling down considerably at night and that means, the lower temperatures can soon be utilised for harvesting and processing the olives.
As an olive oil expert, you know quick processing of the harvested olives and cool temperatures are two key factors for optimum olive oil quality, and our small farmers are satisfied with nothing less.

It won't be long before you have your Just Olives organic olive oil in your hands. Gingerbread and cinnamon stars are aready in the supermarkets heralding the countdown to Christmas. By mid December at the latest, the new vintage of your Just Olives organic olive oil will have arrived at your home.
The only thing you have to do is place an order in our online shop. This countdown is also running! Our shop will close for this year next Sunday, 20 October 2024, so that we can travel back to Tuscany with the final order list the following Friday to taste the fresh olive oil. We are just as excited as you are to see how the freshly pressed organic olive oil 2024 smells and tastes - we'll know more in a few days!
