To ensure that your organic olive oil retains its unique flavour, please store it in a cool and dark place.

Consume as soon as possible within twelve months of harvest.

By the way:

The thickening of olive oil does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the quality of the oil. Rather, this is a natural process at temperatures below 8 °C and completely dissolves again at room temperature.

From October onwards, our farmers will again harvest 100% hand-picked, young premium olives for your order, before your freshly harvested organic olive oil is sent directly to your home in November / December. We will of course inform you by e-mail as soon as your organic olive oil is on its way to you.

Due to a change in the packaging regulation we are currently unable to accept any orders from Austria. Please contact us for an individual solution.
