Autumn is increasingly arriving in Tuscany. The days are still over 20°C, but at night it cools down considerably, so that the lower temperatures can be used for the olive harvest and processing.
Because as an olive oil expert you know fast processing of the picked olives and cool temperatures are two key factors for an optimal olive oil quality, and our small farmers are satisfied with nothing less.

By then at the latest, the new vintage of your Just Olives Organic Olive Oil will have arrived at your home.
The only thing you have to do is place an order in our online shop. Again, the countdown is on: next Sunday, 22.10.2023, our shop will close for the year and we will travel to Tuscany with the final order list on the following Thursday to taste the fresh organic olive oil. We are as excited as you are to see how the freshly pressed organic olive oil smells and tastes this year. We will know more in a few days!
